Luckily, the rest of the car, including the engine, most of the interior, and the front window is still perfectly fine. The video showed how they patched and made the Corvette look brand new once again. It might surprise you how efficiently they did it.
First, the car needed to be placed on a platform and elevated a bit. Then, they removed the back tire on the right side. They also took apart almost all the plastic pieces making up the body of the car as they needed to be replaced. Afterward, they started making the new body with specialized tools and tried to fit them correctly. This was the longest part of the process.
